Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an ITCPMO LLC satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with any area of our cleaning, we will gladly return and re-clean it free of charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours of your initial service from this link.

Scheduling and Cancellations

To schedule an appointment or make changes, please contact our office at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Options

We accept check, cash, zelle  and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Access to Your Home

For your convenience, we offer several secure access options. You can choose to be present during the cleaning, provide us with a key, or grant access through a coded entry system. We prioritize the safety of your home and follow strict protocols to ensure the security of your keys.

Per OSHA regulations, we cannot use your cleaning equipment without prior written consent due to liability concerns.

Pet & Child Policy

We love pets! If your furry friends are social and comfortable with strangers, they are welcome to stay home during your cleaning. However, to ensure a smooth and efficient service for everyone’s safety, we kindly request the following:

  • Pets:

    • For any pets who might become anxious, aggressive, or who might come into contact with the cleaning solutions, please secure them in a separate area of the house or a fenced-in yard.
  • Children:

    • To provide the most focused cleaning experience, we kindly request that children are in a safe and separate area during the cleaning service. We recommend having an adult supervise them in another room or outside. The supervision and safety of children during our cleaning service remain the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

Please note that due to sanitation restrictions, our staff cannot remove or clean up biohazardous waste, including animal feces, human waste, or blood.

Allergy Disclosure for Safe Cleaning

To ensure a safe and effective cleaning service for everyone in your home, we require advanced notice of any allergies present.

  • Please inform us of any allergies (dust mites, pet dander, fragrance, etc.) prior to scheduling your cleaning. This allows us to tailor our cleaning approach and potentially avoid triggering reactions.
  • We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or similar incidents if we are not informed of allergies in advance.

For any questions regarding our cleaning products or process, don’t hesitate to ask! We are committed to providing a clean environment, but advanced notice of allergies is crucial to avoid any potential issues.

Our Commitment to Quality

Our team is highly trained and experienced in providing exceptional cleaning services. We take great care in handling your belongings and will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to items such as shutters, wall hangings, mirrors, curtains, furniture, etc.

To ensure the best possible cleaning experience, please remove any clutter or personal belongings from areas you want us to clean. Additionally, if there are other service providers working in your home (painters, electricians, etc.), it may impact our ability to complete the cleaning within the estimated timeframe. We recommend coordinating with these service providers beforehand.

Valuables and Safekeeping

We take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services, but to ensure the safety of your most precious belongings, we kindly ask for your cooperation:

  • Jewelry & Valuables: Please secure all jewelry, precious metals, artwork, and other irreplaceable items in a safe place before your cleaning service. We cannot assume liability for any loss or damage to these items.
  • Secure Locations: A locked safe, deposit box, or a designated drawer you plan to keep locked during the cleaning are ideal options.
  • Communication is Key: If you have any concerns about securing valuables or prefer us not to clean certain areas where they might be located, please let us know in advance. We’re happy to work around your preferences.

Parking

If driveway parking is unavailable, please let us know in advance about any nearby street parking options. Metered parking fees are not included in our service quotes.

  • Higher Cleaning Needs: For areas beyond a two-step reach, such as cathedral ceilings or high windows, we recommend hiring professional cleaners specializing in high dusting or window cleaning.

By engaging ITCPMO for cleaning services, you agree to the following:

  • Photography and Video Capture: ITCPMO reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the premises both before and after the cleaning service. These images and videos will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
    • Quality Assurance: To document the condition of the premises both before and after cleaning, aiding in resolving any potential disputes or complaints.
    • Marketing and Advertising: To showcase the quality of ITCPMO’s cleaning services through our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Client Consent: You understand and agree that by allowing ITCPMO to take photographs and videos, you consent to the use of these images for the purposes outlined above.
  • Confidentiality: ITCPMO will treat all images and videos with confidentiality and will not disclose any personally identifiable information.
  • Image Removal: You have the right to request the removal of any photographs or videos featuring your property by contacting ITCPMO in writing.
